Fabrizio Corona has been warned by Chiara Ferragni about the revelations made about him and regarding her relationship with Fedez.
This is an agreement that dates back about two years.
Chiara has ordered Corona not to publish the new episode of 'Falsissimo' based on the existence of an agreement signed a short time ago between the two.
"This morning, lawyer Chiesa, my great lawyer, called me to tell me that the warning from Ferragni had arrived. According to him, I cannot publish anything because it would be a violation of privacy," Corona wrote on Instagram, adding:
"But excuse me, if you've already exposed every little detail of your life, what kind of invasion of privacy is that? Do you know what I do with Iannacone's letter? We have no transactions, we don't want any money, and above all we don't allow censorship to be imposed on us."
The official announcement was sent by Ferragni's lawyer, Giuseppe Iannacone, who explained: "He made very serious statements, attributed extramarital affairs to my client, behavior generally contrary to respect for the marital bond and family values," the lawyer underlined.
The agreement between Ferragni and Corona
But it's not just about "Falsissimo". Lawyer Iannacone's letter refers to a private agreement signed on September 15, 2023 between Ferragni and Corona, in which the famous journalist committed to "abstain for a period of 10 years from making comments, assessments, statements (...) of an offensive, denigrating, mocking nature" and "was forbidden to show or comment on very personal facts of their private lives". A total of 11 violations of the agreement, which will be compensated with 100 thousand euros each, a total of 1 million and 100 thousand euros. In the event that these rules are violated, Ferragni will go to court to sue Corona.
