The girl in question made a very explanatory story on her Instagram profile, writing that she went for a non-invasive aesthetic treatment, where the risk is very low, but due to untrained staff, she ended up with visible cracks and marks on her face.
What's worse, the one who is supposed to be the doctor (because we have doubts about that too now), instead of taking responsibility and even finding a solution, gave a 'hands on the head' response: "We assume we made a mistake, were you happy that we admitted it?" This situation has given me so much anxiety and I would like to publicly suggest that Silabel Clinic and Xhensila Myrtezaj, in addition to investing in beautiful rooms, also train their staff so that we don't end up traumatized and disfigured by them.
This is not the only case where clients have left the singer's clinic terrified. Earlier, another girl was worried after a laser treatment at Silabel Clinic caused her third-degree burns.
