Internationally renowned singer, Bleona Qereti, on August 15th sued Evi Kokalari aka Evi Angelakis aka Evis Kokalari for defamation and fraud.
After the lawsuit filed by the singer, Evi Kokalari reacted on social media, saying that her lawyers did not have a moment to read the singer's lawsuit while venting all her anger at the media that made it public and at the singer using unethical words, once again damaging the singer's image.
Evi claims that Bleona Qereti has made statements about well-known characters in Albania and will prove this.
Outraged by the publication of the lawsuit, Evi says that it is not normal for it to be published in the media before the defendant responds in court. For Evi, this is a way for Bleona to publicize herself and she is not interested in the trial at all. Among other things, she writes that she will file a counterclaim, where she will ask for 15 million dollars for image damage.
