Fero has been charged by the Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan with three criminal offenses. But in addition to him, Arbenita Ismajli is also under investigation.
The Insajderi newspaper has learned from sources that on 13.06.2025, the Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan issued a document confirming the launch of investigations against her.
The famous model is suspected of contempt of court, as she has not obeyed the order or the final decision of the Court. Arbenita has not allowed contact with the child, rapper Fero.
"That since 19.03.2025, in Gjilan, the defendant Arbenita Shabani Ismajli has intentionally disobeyed the order or final decision of the Court in the Republic of Kosovo, respectively the ruling on judicial reconciliation, through the minutes with number C.nr.3508/2024, dated 12.06.2024, so that, after the defendant was notified of the revocation of the authorization by the injured party, her ex-husband Feronit Shabani, with which authorization, the defendant was allowed by the injured party to take their child Nina Shabani with him outside the Republic of Kosovo, the defendant, although aware of the revocation of the authorization, never from the moment of the revocation on 19.03.2025, has she enabled contact with the injured party's child as the biological father, acting in violation of the ruling in the form of "A decree was issued, in which contact with the child was determined twice a month, on the first and third weekends through the Center for Social Work in Gjilan," the document seen by Insajderi states.
The state prosecutor, after evaluating the information, evidence and complete materials submitted by the police, has come to the conclusion to initiate investigations into the above-mentioned criminal offense. On 21.12.2024, the juvenile prosecutor filed an indictment against Arbenita Ismajli.
