Reality show Big Brother VIP Kosovo brought Labinot Rexha back into the spotlight due to his statements and debates during the fourth edition.
Rexha entered the format after a public protest where he demanded inclusion in the spectacle. During his stay at home, he had direct confrontations with several residents, especially with Kushtrim. In a debate, Rexha declared that he would prevent the organization of Kushtrim's musical evenings in Switzerland. After the end of the program, the singer continued his activities there.
Rexha had previously claimed that during a concert in Switzerland, several singers were arrested for not having work visas. This statement sparked reactions and was discussed in public.
After being eliminated from the competition, he warned that he would pursue legal action against BBVK singer and opinion leader Leonora Jakupi. He also questioned the validity of her work visa for a music organization in Switzerland.
