The news that Al Pacino became a father at the age of 83 made the rounds of the network 1 year ago.
The famous actor has spoken about being a "new father" at this age. He said that it was one of his wishes to become a father for the fourth time, with a son who was christened Roman, who is now 16 months old. Further, Pacino states that he wants and hopes to be close to this child.
"I want to be near this child. And I hope to be. I hope I'm healthy and he knows who his father is, of course."
Pacino and Roman's mother, Noor Alfallah, separated 3 months after the birth of their baby, but what unites them is precisely their child. The actor adds that most of his involvement in parenting Roman is limited to online contact.
“She texts me every now and then. Everything he does is true. Everything he does is interesting to me. So we talk. I play harmonica with him on the other side of the video and we made this kind of connection. So it's fun," says Pacino.
