During an emotional challenge in the Big Brother VIP Albania house, Rogerti tearfully shared the story of his troubled relationship with his brother, Xhulion.
He confessed that he had not had any contact with her since 2021, due to conflicts that started over money and property issues, but which were then deepened by old wounds from the past.
"I haven't had any contact with my brother since 2021. It was a very weak moment for me. I didn't realize until I got here how much I miss him," he said.
According to Roger, their father's illness was the reason for the two brothers to break the ice after four and a half years of separation. "Dad had a kidney tumor and had surgery. That's when I thought it was time to talk to my brother. It was the last December that we met for the first time. I shook his hand, I didn't say much. I also saw my niece, whom I hadn't seen since she was born," he said through tears.
Rogerti admitted that over the years he had harbored a great grudge, even publicly stating that he did not care whether his brother was alive or not. Today, he says he feels remorse.
Amidst the emotions, he also spoke about their eternal rivalry in football, revealing that Julio is an ardent fan of Arsenal FC, while he himself supports Chelsea FC. “I had bought Arsenal shirts and things just to remember him every day,” he said.
In the end, Rogerti made a direct call from the Big Brother house, hoping that his brother would listen and meet him during his stay on the program.
"As long as I'm in this life, I will always fight for her. I tell her that I miss her a lot. Family is what kept me alive. If it weren't for family, I don't know if I would be here today," he concluded.
