Rihanna stunned fans with a surprise court appearance to support her boyfriend, rapper A$AP Rocky, who is facing serious legal troubles. The pop superstar reportedly arrived at a courtroom in downtown Los Angeles early this morning, opting for a discreet entrance to avoid the public eye.
According to reports, Rihanna entered through a secret passage and used a secret elevator to bypass the main corridors. A source told The US Sun: “Rihanna arrived at around 9.49am in a closed SUV and was met by two security guards who tried to remove everyone and got off at a side passage outside the courthouse.”
Inside the courtroom, Rihanna sat in the front row alongside Rocky's mother and sister, surrounded by several security guards. Her presence underscored her support for her partner, whose real name is Rakim Mayers. The rapper is currently facing charges stemming from an alleged incident involving his former friend, A$AP Relli, in 2021.
Prosecutors allege that Mayers pointed a gun at Rell during a confrontation on Nov. 6, 2021, and fired shots that caused minor injuries. As a result, Mayers has been charged with two counts of assault with a semi-automatic weapon.
