Cardiac arrest took the life of Egnatia's attacker, Rafael Duamena, during the championship match with Partizan. "Egnatia Football Club, the 25th minute of the match with Partizan was a moment of panic for all of us, as our captain, Raphael Dwamena collapsed on the ground leaving us all speechless. Despite the first aid given by the medical staff in the field and at the Rrogozhine Hospital, Dwamena did not manage to survive.
The captain who fought in every battle did not manage to overcome the heart attack today leaving this world as a hero.
The club on behalf of the president Agim Demrozi expresses its sincere condolences to the family of the late captain Raphael Dwamena and thanks all the sports opinion for the solidarity given" - wrote the club from Rrogozhina!
