Armando Broja's Burnley were held to a goalless draw at home to Everton. Despite the Albanian striker's team dominating most of the game, registering 16 shots in total, their aim was poor, with none of them hitting the target.
In the 66th minute, National Team striker Armando Broja received the ball beautifully in the favorable area, but suffered a harsh blow from the friendly defense.
For referee Pauson, the incident in question was nothing serious, while Broja was "sluggish" on the pitch. Protests from Burnley fans were not long in coming, booing en masse against the "silence" of the English leader.
Broja put in a somewhat satisfactory performance, causing problems for the opposing defence in various situations, before being substituted by the coach in the 88th minute, making way for Fleming. This was Burnley's third draw in 18 weeks, as they sit 19th with 12 points.
