The Ethics and Discipline Commission at the AFL has published its decisions on last week's football events.
In total, six disciplinary measures were given, which include fines of up to 100,000 ALL and suspensions of up to 15 days.
The president of KF Laçi, Pashk Laska, has been suspended for 15 matches for attacking the match officials, while the player of the team, William Cordeiro, has been suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike conduct.
For the spectators' misconduct, lighting flares and pyrotechnic devices, AF Elbasani has been fined 50 thousand lek.
Discipline Decisions:
AF Elbasani, for misbehavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
FK Bylis, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
KF Laçi player, Cordeiro Melo William, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
The official of KF Laçi, Pashk Laska, for attacking the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from the activity. Pursuant to article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.
The official of FC Besa, Romeo Bishdili, for attacking the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from the activity. Pursuant to article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the dressing rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.
KF Shkumbini U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the Championship Second Category U-19, Regional Zone Tirana, against Kamza Sport U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
