Emanuela Rusta continues to receive the attention of the biggest football institutions, such as FIFA and UEFA. The Superiore referee has long earned their trust, but is now ready for another decisive and extraordinary step for her career and all of Albania.
According to some media outlets in our country, it is learned that Rusta has been selected by FIFA to conduct an international seminar to be held in Switzerland, where all selected candidates will test their knowledge as part of a selection process for the World Cup.
This seminar will evaluate their physical appearance, tactical knowledge, ability to work with VAR and their keen eye for detail, where the best will be selected, who will then be engaged in international tournaments, including the 2026 World Cup.
There is no doubt that if Rusta is included in this tournament it would be an extraordinary achievement for Albanian arbitration and Albania, where a Superior referee will be in the biggest world tournaments. However, we have to wait for the next few days and the development of the seminar to learn then the fate of Emanuele and her future.
