Everton manager David Moyes has confirmed that the club could complete Armando Broja's loan move from Chelsea this month.
Broja has endured a difficult spell with injuries since signing for Everton in the summer.
The Albanian striker has played just 158 minutes in the Premier League and is currently out for around three months due to an ankle ligament injury.
Everton are reportedly considering ending his loan spell at Chelsea to free up space for another loan move.
"The Toffees are working to bring in reinforcements before the end of the transfer window. At the moment there is no firm decision, but from the conversations we have had, it is a possibility. At the moment it is not confirmed yet ," Moyes said in his press conference before the match against Brighton.
Moyes also said Everton are working intensively to bring in players this month, but admitted the club has some limitations on what it can and cannot do.
"I'm trying to understand the situation, but I'm facing some limitations in what we can and can't do. I'm still quite optimistic that we will make reinforcements before the end of the transfer window, that's for sure. I don't want to make promises, but I'm convinced that we will achieve something before the end of the deadline ," he concluded.
