Flakadans in the match with Poland and the penalty from UEFA, the AFL bans 5

The Albanian Football Federation has permanently banned 5 Albanian fans from entering the stadiums, due to the incidents in the match with Poland.

The Disciplinary Commission of the AFL has excluded for an indefinite period from the Albanian stadiums the following fans: Gerti Lleshi, Rinor Grajveci, Edmond Hyseni, Almir Dubovci and Berat Maloku.

In addition to the objects thrown on the field and the stoppage of the game, even at the end of the match for the Euro 2024 qualifiers, there were fights between the fans outside the stadium. A copy of this decision will also be sent to the police.

We remind you that UEFA fined the AFL 44,000 euros for these incidents and the stadium was requested to be closed behind the gates.

Announcement of the AFL

After getting acquainted with the relationship of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the state police regarding the acts of violence in the match Albania - Poland held on 10.09.2023, where violations of the legal provisions of Article 48 et seq. of Law 79/2021 were found. For Sport" as well as after examining the presented documentation and discussing the issues as a whole based on articles 66 of the FFA statute, Article 59 et seq. of the KDE,

DECIDE:

1. To prohibit the following persons from entering the football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the AFL, UEFA and FIFA take place for an unlimited period of time: - Gerti Lleshi - Rinor Grajveci - Edmond Hyseni - Almir Dubovci - Berat Maloku

2. Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the AFL who manage football stadiums are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.

3. A copy of this decision should be forwarded to the State Police
