Gjasula starts another adventure in Germany, the Albanian midfielder is introduced to the new club

The player of the Albanian national team, Klaus Gjasula, has started a new adventure in Germany. The defensive midfielder has left Darmstadt 98 to join third division side Rot-Weiss Essen.

Details regarding the transfer fee or the duration of the contract have not been disclosed. Gjasula conveyed his gratitude to Darmstadt and its fans, noting that he has enjoyed his three-and-a-half years at the club and will remain a supporter from afar.

The 35-year-old midfielder said it was challenging for him to leave because of his comfort in the city and with the club. He expressed his best wishes to Darmstadt 98 and its fans for the future and expressed his intention to follow the club's progress from afar, hoping they maintain their recent successes in the latter part of the season.
