Edon Zhegrova was issued with an Albanian passport by decree of President Bajram Begaj. The decision was made on August 22.
Zhegrova, one of the best players in the Kosovo national team, currently plays for French side Lille. During this transfer window, his name has been linked with Italian giants Juventus.
The Bianconeri are said to be willing to pay up to 20 million euros for his services and are ready to offer the Albanian striker up to 2.5 million euros in annual salary.

The Albanian wants Lila to accept Juventus' offer and by August 31st when he moves to Serie A. The French want him on the team, but Edon has made this request to be a 'local player'.
