World Cup Qualifiers/ Norway shines against Moldova, Montenegro triumphs with upset

Norway started their World Cup qualifying campaign with a win. The Nordics managed to defeat Moldova in their first away match with a comprehensive 5-0 score.

Ryerson first gave the hosts the lead, then Erling Halan doubled the lead. Asgard scored the third goal and Shorloth punished Andorra with the fourth goal in the first half. While the last goal of this challenge was scored by Donum in the second half.

Montenegro made no mistake at home, defeating Gibraltar 3-1 on aggregate. Initially, the visitors took the lead through Bent, but the Montenegrins responded by scoring three times through Jovetic, Tuci and Marusic.
