The football world was shocked by the news of the passing of Afan Lido striker Ioan Evans at the age of 25.
The Welsh club expressed deep sorrow at the loss of the player, describing him as a beloved and positive figure within the team. "He was the smallest man in the dressing room, but his impact on others was immense," the statement said.
Evans, who joined Afan Lido in 2020, became one of the most outstanding players in the Welsh JD Cymru South Championship, with 16 goals scored in 127 games.
