Albanian football, as well as the Partizan club, are mourning the death of Bejkush Birçe, former coach of the representative teams and former coach of the red club. Under his leadership, Birçe gave Partizan two championship titles in 1979 and 1981. Through a reaction on social networks, the Partizan club expressed its condolences to the great Albanian football family and Birçe's family members:

The red family and Albanian football lose a colossus
With deep regret, we learned today the sad news of the death of the icon of our club and Albanian football, Bejkush Birçe, at the age of 81. The football community and the red family lose one of the people with the most contributions to Albanian football, as a player, coach and leader.
Birçe spent most of his career as a footballer and then as a coach at Partizani, a team with which he won two consecutive championship titles in 1979 and 1981, as well as an Albanian Cup trophy.
The Partizani Football Club and especially the president Gazment Demi convey the most sincere condolences to the family and relatives, for this great loss .
