
After 120 minutes of play, Shkëndija was defeated 4-1 by Ludogorets and was eliminated in the play-offs, being very close to the Europa League groups. The Red and Blacks of Tetovo had won 2-1 in the first leg and with the same result the regular time in today's challenge ended, but in extra time the Bulgarians found the advantage goal.
The home team opened the scoring in the 9th minute, with Edvin Kurtulus being accurate with his shot, after his teammate's first attempt was stopped by Tetova's red and black goalkeeper, Gaje.
In the 24th minute, Çoçev doubled the score for his friends. The first half ended with a 2-0 score for Ludogorets. In the second half, Tamba scored for Shkëndija in the 64th minute, after an assist from Besart Ibraimi. The score remained the same until the end of regular time, so the teams went to 30 minutes of extra time.
In the eighth minute of extra time, the home team found the third goal with Tekpeti, who scored from distance, where Shkëndija's goalkeeper could have done better and avoided the goal. Ludogorets scored the fourth goal at the end of the match.
Despite the loss, Shkëndija will now play for the first time in the Conference League groups, joining Drita, who were defeated 0-1 by Diferdange.
