In the framework of the upcoming Albania-England match to be held at the "Air Albania" stadium in Tirana, the State Police in cooperation with the Football Federation has determined several organizational measures and instructions for the smooth running of the activity and to guarantee maximum safety for fans.
The Albanian Football Association invites all fans who will be watching the match from the stadium steps to respect the following rules and instructions:
Orientation table and preliminary information for fans
On the day of the match, the "Air Albania" stadium staff will place orientation signs on the outer perimeter of the stadium, to help fans more easily find the entrance and the relevant stand according to the ticket they have purchased.
Plastic bins and physical checks
Plastic bins will be placed at the stadium entrances for the collection of prohibited items that may be discovered during physical checks by security structures. Also, the collection of coins and other small items will be carried out by Red Cross representatives.
Stadium entry rules
All fans must be equipped with the appropriate ticket for entry into the stadium.
Children will not be allowed in without a ticket, regardless of age, in order to avoid overcrowding and blocking of the stairs during the match.
Fans are also warned that duplicate or counterfeit tickets will not be recognized by the stadium's electronic system and their holders will not be allowed entry.
The stadium gates will open three hours before the start of the match, so the Albanian Football Association and the State Police urge fans to arrive on time, follow the instructions of the security guard and head to the stand designated on their ticket.
