Silvinjo has published the list of the Albanian National Team for the two challenges with the Czech Republic and Poland, valid for the qualifiers of the European "Germany 2024". The Brazilian technician revealed his choices in the press conference and what he expects from these two meetings.
"Good morning, how are you? The choices made? Very fair question. For these two matches, we made choices based on the characteristics of the opponents. From March until now, we have collected a total of 36 players. We have 51 players on the waiting list and that's where we make our choices. As for Abrashi, we know him, he has done a lot for Albania, but in these matches we have made choices that suit the opponents. For this reason, we took Gjasula because he is tall and has a physique. Mehmeti is a young player, but I think the right choice was Roshi, who has an advantage favored by centimeters. It can also make a difference when he gets on the field.
The gate? Of course, we are not in the best situation with the goal. We have Strakosha and Berisha who played with the National Team. We trust them, we expect them. We will see their situation and decide then. They are two very important players. For these two matches, we really need the experience they both have.
Albania's impact on the field? As far as the departments are concerned, we have balance because in defense we have Veseli and Ajeti and they have been transferred with quality players, to teams with a level and they are playing. They have experience, we have Mihaj, Gimhsuit, Mita and Ismajli. We are in the right positions but we have to take into account that we have two different games with great difficulty. The Czech Republic has been trained in Europe and has experience, but for us it is important to play hard and well. We have Albania's DNA and we play our chances. It doesn't matter if we have the ball or not but to do well and get the most. Our match strategy will not change.
Partizan of Tirana in Europe and the absence of Superior players? It's not the right moment. I have seen Partizani, Tirana and Egnatia and Albania has important players and of course there are 51 players and there are others on the waiting list. With the Staff, the players are chosen according to the moment. There are good players but not now and they can be taken at a second moment. It is not a comparison if they are in Superiore or in foreign championships, but the best are needed. I met Hadroj, very good technically, but also like Rrapaj, Sherri and Kasa who will be for the future.
Continuity? I am glad that people in Albania are enthusiastic. In our technical staff we work on every match. We have 5 finals ahead of us and we want to qualify like everyone else. We will play hard so that when November comes we are in the race to qualify. We are convinced that there is no euphoria, they know very well. we must have continuity so that, as we said, in November we are still in the race to qualify.

Kanë shumë fizik dhe nëse merren 1 nga 1, janë mbi 1.85 dhe janë të fortë fizikisht. Ne duhet të jemi sa më të përgatitur. Nuk bëjmë llogari por punojmë për pikë në objektivin tonë. Nuk na intereson çfarë bëjmë të tjerët dhe kujdesemi për veten tonë. Tifozët na kanë dhënë forcë dhe fokusi është vetëm te ekipi ynë.
