Three days after the historic triumph, a video of Lamin Jamal is rapidly circulating on social media. The footage, lasting about 70 seconds, focuses on the 19-year-old's emotional reaction immediately after the ball ended up in the net and Spain took a huge step towards the trophy.
Although Jamal was not among the main protagonists during the tournament, he was considered a good omen for "La Roja". With the young talent in the starting lineup, Spain has recorded only victories in both the European Championship and the World Cup, both in the group stage and in the direct elimination matches.
