The news was announced by private entrepreneurs through the Albanian Investment Corporation. There was also the director of the National Agency for Territorial Planning, Adelina Greca, who announced the announcement of the competition to participate. Everything will be open until January 24.
" The program we intend to implement through the ideas that will come to the competition is 120,000 square meters. The call for the first phase ends on January 24. There will be 5 selected teams that will also receive prizes, 3 of them will have the opportunity to compete to be winners, the 3 teams with the best projects and in the end we will have 1 winner, the one who will have the most suitable offer economic ", said Greca.
The stadium is expected to be around 50,000 square meters, while the capacity is expected to be 14,000-16,000 seats. Not to mention that this is good news for Tirana as well, with the white and blue since the closing of "Selman Stërmas" they have been forced to "travel" to several cities in Albania to host matches./ Monitor
