This is part of the job and I have spoken to and met many players. It is a situation where the group must be managed as best as possible. The intensity must be managed so that the player gives 100% on the field and that is why we have chosen 26 players. We need good management as we have a delicate moment.
Tour in Europe and opponents? I can say that I know the players better. For two months we had no easy work. Poland was just one game and now we have a completely different situation with different opponents.
I am satisfied with the list that was 27 players but now we have 26 from Gjasula. I am pleased that we have young and experienced players and 2-3 other players who will help us. I know the team better than in the period when we had the match against Poland.
Chances of victory? The possibility to win a match is and apart from the beautiful game to get 6 points, it is the pitch that shows us. The result is not something that is known as we have 7 important games to win. Now I have only the game with Moldova in mind and then I will have the next one.
I am satisfied with the work that is being done and we have to fight for a place in Germany. I am convinced that in my debut in Albania in front of the fans we will do our best to get 3 points and the fans will help us.
Sadik and Muçi? We have a different gathering this time. We have two matches ahead of us, opponents quite different from Poland. Muci comes from a pretty good shape. he deserves to be here with us and help the team.
I have spoken with Sadik before. He returns here after almost three years. It is a symbol for the National Team. He is a player who knows the area, the goal very well. It is important that we play a good game, but in the end the three points will be worth it. We know we need these three points.
The match is not won by an instant, but by what you build. I can say that I am satisfied with this list. Everyone who is here deserves it. It is important to win with Moldova. The Czech Republic has no losses. It is a very tense situation.

Pak rëndësi ka nëse luan në sulm apo mbrojtje por duhet ekuilibri. Ti mund të shënosh 3 gola dhe të pësosh 4 prandaj duhet ekuilibër. Kemi lojtarët e duhur për të pasur sukses.
