Only 2 games in the Kukës bench, the north-eastern team breaks cooperation with the coach

Ilir Spahiu will no longer be the coach of Kukës. The adventure of the 66-year-old at the head of the northeastern team lasted only 2 games, as it was the club itself that, through the official website, announced the termination of cooperation. 

It is known that this "divorce" came for family reasons.

Kukësi Football Club announces that the collaboration with coach Ilir Spahiu has been terminated! The technician has communicated to the club leaders that for family reasons, he cannot continue to lead the team in Kukës. 

Despite the club's wish and insistence that Spahiu remain in charge of the first team, the coach's decision to leave is well understood. 

Kukësi Football Club announces that the new coach who will lead the team will be introduced the next day.

The club thanks Ilir Spahiu for his contribution and professionalism in these weeks as a coach of the team and wishes him continued success.
