The government has offered us three figures to reassure us, and it is worth taking them one by one. Diella, the minister generated by artificial intelligence in office since September 11, 2025. Ylli, the digital assistant of the farmer , introduced on June 1 by Minister Andis Salla. And the third, Besa, the document revealed on July 24, 2026 as a reflection for the fourth mandate.
Diella was sold as a guarantee that tenders would be one hundred percent free from corruption, because the algorithm does not take bribes. The problem is that the algorithm got a face. Diella's face and voice belong to actress Anila Bisha, who stated that she never gave consent and demanded one million euros in damages. The Minister of Transparency began her existence with an image taken without permission. This is the first of three reasons why trust comes with difficulty.
Ylli spoke Albanian, in real time, from any phone, and promised to be every farmer's assistant. The demonstration was given by Manjola Hafizi, a raspberry grower. Only one thing was missing from the system: the subsidized oil and affordable chemical fertilizer that the farmer really needed. Ylli gives you agronomic information, guidance, schemes, and nothing that solves the problem. You give a star on your mobile phone when you need a tanker in the field.
Besa is different from both. Diella and Ylli do not ask for anything; they are the decoration of a digital revolution that is intended to be sold to Germany. Besa is the only one that asks for something in return: your trust. And it asks for it precisely when the people have been taking to the streets every day for two months, because this government has only one thing left to give the citizen, the suppression of all hope. Besa is asked for by the same government that turned the daily protest into normality, and now, on the 56th day, it comes out and asks for trust as if it had nothing to do with the reason why the streets are not empty.
Therefore, the answer is simple. We don't trust the sun because it started with a stolen face. We don't trust the star because it gave us light when we needed oil. We don't trust Besa because it is the only product out of the three where the cost of non-fulfillment is not paid by the algorithm, but by the citizen who believes. Besa is not sought, besa is kept. And a government that seeks it on the 56th day of protest has itself admitted that it has lost it forever... /Pamphlet
