The only female candidate for the new head of SPAK, Doloreza Musabelliu, presented her platform today, December 11, during a meeting of the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP). She emphasized that her professional commitment aims not only to investigate criminal cases, but also to improve legal standards, increase transparency and the quality of investigations.
Musabelliu emphasized building a transparent relationship with the media, while respecting investigative secrecy and the integrity of institutions.
Team spirit was a key point in the work she aims to do as head of SPAK.
Musabelliu, in presenting her vision, emphasizing integrity, professionalism and commitment to concrete results in leading the institution.
"Regarding my public image as a prosecutor, during my career I have not been distinguished for protagonism, but for concrete results.
Even in the media I have been represented for my work as a prosecutor, I believe as correct, determined and impartial, stable in the face of the most difficult challenges. These constitute the basis of my professionalism and integrity. I do not believe that the authority of a prosecutor is imposed, but is earned with determination, stability and results that speak for themselves.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that if I am given the trust to lead SPAK, I will turn this trust into decision-making based on the law. When I swore as a prosecutor that I would always remain loyal to the Constitution, this has been and will remain my guide in every decision-making of my career," said Musabelliu, who then began to answer questions posed by members of the KLP.
At the end of the presentation, she was asked by the KLP members if she would do them a personal favor if they asked her. This question was asked to Musabelli by her former teacher.
Arta Mandro, who also 'provoked' Adnan Xholi about how he would behave if someone with a high position came to his office to ask for a solution to his issue, also addressed her former student, who is currently running for head of SPAK.
The answer was that there would be no personal favors for him because everyone is equal before the law.
