Shkruar nga PamfletiIl dibattito sul progetto Zvërnec è stato accompagnato da forti scontri in Parlamento tra il deputato del Movimento Unito Redi Muçi e i deputati socialisti Taulant Balla e Ardit Bido. Muçi ha chiesto le dimissioni del Ministro dell'Ambiente e ha criticato il governo per la gestione del progetto, mentre Balla e Bido hanno replicato con accuse di arricchimento illecito e costruzioni abusive.
Le proteste dei cittadini contro il governo Rama e l'opposizione guidata da Sali Berisha, con richieste di incarcerazione, sono state al centro della discussione odierna nella sessione plenaria del Parlamento.
Il deputato Redi Muçi, del Movimento Insieme, si è rivolto al Ministro dell'Ambiente, dicendogli che sarebbe meglio per lui dimettersi, e d'altra parte ha menzionato Taulant Balla e Ardit Bido, dicendo a Sofjan Jaupaj che quest'ultimo non dovrebbe diventare come loro due.
Subito dopo il suo discorso, Balla e Bido hanno risposto a Muç.
Balla ha accusato il deputato di Lévizja Bashke di essere tra i più ricchi dell'Assemblea e di aver costruito senza permesso.
Muçi: Sappiamo che ciò che sta accadendo a Zvërnec non è di tua competenza, lo decide il sultano, ma tu hai scelto di dargli un volto e quindi ci stiamo occupando di te. Capisco che lo fai per la tua carriera, ma ti invito a comprendere il momento che stiamo vivendo. Non ti fa onore dare un volto a questo momento. Se fossi al tuo posto, mi dimetterei. Non mi comporterei come un bambino che strilla come ha fatto Taulant, che non cerca una sorella, ma vuole diventare importante. È abituato a prendersi gioco dei pulpiti, ed è per questo che ora ci sono centinaia di migliaia di manifestanti in piazza. Taulant probabilmente sogna a occhi aperti di essere importante, o forse lo fa per autoconsumo. Quindi, Sofjan, ti invito a non comportarti come Taulant, né come il compagno Bido, che ha scoperto due persone al servizio di Fredi Beleri durante la protesta.

The debate on the Zvërnec project moved to Parliament today, where the Minister of Environment, Sofjan Jaupaj, responded to criticism from opposition MPs during an interpellation. Jaupaj guaranteed that the government remains fully committed to protecting nature and explained that the project will undergo an in-depth environmental impact assessment (EIA).
According to the minister, the current legal status of the area allows for controlled economic interventions, aiming for a balance between development and ecology. He added that even European Union directives do not foresee automatic closures, but require rigorous respect for habitats.
" No one can question our commitment to nature because it is measurable. It is a healthy and necessary debate, but we must rely on facts, laws and science."
In primo luogo, sono state sollevate accuse di elusione della procedura ambientale. I fatti dimostrano che, dopo aver esaminato la documentazione, si è deciso di sottoporre il progetto a una procedura approfondita di valutazione dell'impatto ambientale, ovvero è stato attivato il livello legislativo più elevato. Il progetto sarà sottoposto ad un'analisi completa. In altre parole, lo Stato albanese ha deciso che le decisioni in materia ambientale debbano basarsi su prove scientifiche. Questa è proprio la garanzia che la tutela della natura debba fondarsi su fatti, studi e valutazioni professionali.
Status dell'area protetta. L'area di Pishe-Poro è stata dichiarata area protetta di categoria V, che non è una riserva naturale in senso stretto. La filosofia si basa sulla coesistenza tra natura e attività economiche e sociali. Nelle aree protette possono sorgere centri residenziali, ecc. La legge albanese non impone divieti, ma condizioni sulle modalità di attuazione.
"L'UE richiede il rispetto della Direttiva Habitat e Uccelli. Il progetto dovrebbe essere sviluppato sulla base del suo potenziale impatto concreto. Gli articoli prevedono un'adeguata valutazione d'impatto e non un divieto automatico", ha affermato Jaupaj.
