A 53-year-old Albanian woman in Greece has experienced moments of horror, after being attacked by the owner of an apartment in Petralona, of Albanian origin, who tried to rape her.
She had written to his house to work as a cleaner, but experienced the nightmare. The 53-year-old woman recounted the moments of terror, stressing that she resisted because she had the strength.
"He tried to tear my clothes on the spot, pulling me by force to rape me. I had strength and I resisted", she says to the Greek media.
She says that she managed to escape from the hands of the 53-year-old. He started punching her in the face when she tried to get away, trying to call for help.
"I left the house. I went to the hospital, then an ambulance came and took me to the hospital. I did a few stitches, not much, two stitches on the edge. I went to clean the house and almost fell victim to rape. And why? For €20", she says.
