Journalist Dorjana Bezat, analyzing the "Metamorfoza 2" file, a SPAK mega-operation that discovered and arrested the leaders of crime, stated that many policemen were involved.

Bezat emphasizes the fact that there are many policemen involved in organized crime, a fact he calls 'sad'.
