Journalist Anduena Llanani has stated that the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has summoned a journalist for the audio-interception of the "January 21" file.
According to her, it is a recording that was made through a telephone, by a person who was present and listened to the radio communications.
"The prosecutor of Tirana, for the murder of Aleks Nika, declares that the evidence was not made available to the investigation body by the family members, on the grounds that we do not trust you. A group of Judicial Police officers went and still the family members refused to give him. There was one last attempt, one of our colleagues was called, he was also asked for the material and it was not delivered", declared the journalist.
Next, bringing to attention the role that the Supreme Court gave to SPAK for this file, journalist Llanani said that apart from this audio-interception, another key point in the investigation is the result of an expert report from a laboratory from Rome.
"It's not only about the audio recording, but also about a shell found in the body of Aleks Nika, which went for an expert examination in a laboratory in Rome and received a positive answer ," she told "Euronews".
According to her, this act-expertise, whose answer is positive, is a green light to identify the weapon from which the bullet came out.
