The former Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beci, spoke about the sexual video scandal of the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici, while stressing that a full investigation is needed in relation to this event.
Beci stated that the prosecution's investigations into the case of the "Gjici" video scandal should be complete and comprehensive, where the role of the former mayor of Kukës and Alma Kaçi, the lady who recorded the footage in his office, should also be investigated. , if he was made to blackmail him.
"The prosecutor's office can seize videos of the shows, but they are derived sources and evidence. There are other procedural ways that can reveal evidence based on the expertise that can be conducted. The seizure of some electronic devices that will be subjected to special electronic examinations by prosecutor's experts will return answers to many questions.

In Albania, will there be more rules for interception and surveillance of the private life of citizens, because the Code of Criminal Procedure, legislation, etc., has defined who must carry a camera with them, who is the subject who must conduct interception and who must submit the proof to him.
