A little while ago, the Special Prosecutor's Office, SPAK, has put the sequestration tape on the second surface of the plot of strategic investment of the former MP Artan Gaçi on the coast of Dhërmi. The surface of 5080 m2 is one of the two surfaces, the registration of which sent the former acting mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, to prison.
According to the SPAK, from the preliminary investigation it has been found that the suspects of this case have carried out with concrete actions the actual relocation of the seized surface on the ground, superimposing it on another property owned by the state.
