Analyst Fatos Lubonja has spoken about the recent situations in Kosovo and Serbia's ongoing threats to the north.
In an interview for "Open", Lubonja emphasized that the crisis that exists in the Western leadership is being used by Aleksandër Vucic to annex the north of Kosovo.
Lubonja further added that the Serbian president wants to use the same method that Putin is using in Ukraine, with Kosovo
"The biggest danger is war. This operation from Serbia seeks to exploit the problems that the West has, referring to the war in Ukraine. The option is "let's keep Vučić well" and he has taken advantage of this crisis. Taking advantage of this and taking the trigger from Russia, they will give a choice for a division of territories.
Vucic is waiting for this. We do not know how many Serbs are engaged in war, or are part of terrorist gangs. In general, they do not know Kosovo and say that they are Serbs. The scenario is a function of provoking the West and the weakness it has shown for Vučić", said Lubonja.
Lubonja also mentioned the fact that Rama has contradictions in his attitudes towards Kosovo, since in June of this year he called the introduction of KFOR in the north as the worst thing for Kosovo. And recently, Rama requested that KFOR intervene and control the North of Kosovo, a request that was also made by Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic.
