Accusations against Berisha, Kreshnik Spahiu: Rama is not behind SPAK, but the USA and the intelligence services

Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that behind SPAK, Prime Minister Edi Rama is not hiding, but the United States of America and the intelligence services.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, he said that the judicial process against Sali Berisha is not political, but completely planned by the Special Prosecutor's Office and the investigations into the case and of course with the help and support of international partners.

"I don't see it as a political process. The United States of America has invested in prosecutors for years and is the main funder of justice reform and SPAK. SPAK has the support of its Western partners in this process and in some others, and I judge that the prosecution has not set up a political process, but a process under the support and inspiration of international partners ", said Spahiu.
