Hajdari accused by SPAK
The mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, has been charged by the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.
According to SPAK, the mayor of Kučova, Kreshnik Hajdari, did not declare on the form a conviction in Greece in 1999.
He is charged under Article 190/2 of the Criminal Code for falsifying forms.
If the accusation is proven, then the mayor Hajdari risks imprisonment from 6 months to 5 years.
Officially the defendant, SPAK communicated the accusation to Kreshnik Hajdari and his lawyer, Theodhori Sollaku, gave details after the end of the interrogation.
"We were for a report made by political subjects for a reprimand sentence given in Greece 25 years ago. They claimed that he did not declare it.
There was no published decision, no communication about this decision. But even if there were, there would be no consequences," Sollaku said.
A day ago, Hajdari went through a difficult "ordeal", as his mandate was in jeopardy because he had not declared his 4-month prison sentence, which was converted into probationary service in Greece for illegal border crossing. /Backstage
