Lawyer Spartak Ngjela was invited to the podcast "Te Pashoq", on Pamphlet's YouTube channel, where he also talked about the arrests in the Municipality of Tirana related to the "5D" affair.
Njela said that the mayor, Erion Veliaj is shocked by this affair and that this was noticed according to him from his behavior after the arrests of the directors.

We are going back to SPAK, because we had it there. A few days ago, a sensational action in the municipality of Tirana. I believe you followed this as part of the investigations for the '5D' file, several important directors of Veliaj were put in handcuffs. What are your expectations, will SPAK reach Erion Veliaj?
Njjela : The mayor is shocked, everyone saw that. Analytic philosophy has told me see behavior. A wise woman understands better, than a wise man is behavior. And I see the behavior when such a blow occurs, not the word. It is not easy to get four directors to the mayor of Albania. The question is asked here: until now, they said that SPAK is led by Rama, did Rama arrest them?
