Në seancën e 14 shtatorit 2012, Eduard Halimi dhe Fida Osmani përballen në mbledhje e KLD-së, e zëvendësuar që nga viti 2018 me KLGJ-në. Gjyqtarja, ndonëse pranon gjyqet në avion, thotë se ‘kush punon edhe gabon’.
Në fjalën e tij, Eduard Halimi shprehej se gjyqtarja duhet të thotë ‘faleminderit që nuk po më shkarkoni’, pasi ka zhvilluar 7 seanca gjyqësore pa qenë fare në Shqipëri dhe se ka marrë edhe tre vendime.
