The Special Prosecutor's Office has provided detailed information on the charges against the former deputy of the Socialist Party, Jurgis Çyrbja.

According to SPAK, in exchange for votes in the area, Çyrbja provided Altin Hajri, a wanted person, with information to avoid his capture.

Due to the friendship that the two have had, the former socialist deputy has used his position as a deputy and intervened various law enforcement agencies in Albania to favor Hajri, or even his brother-in-law, who also has criminal precedents.

Çyrbja even hid Hajri in his apartment when he was wanted by the police.

He is interested in the police, in Interpol Tirana and has been made aware of the security measure issued by GJKKO against Hajri, to inform the latter.

After that, Çyrbja informed Hajri about the police operations that would be carried out for his capture, in the context of the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga.

The arrest warrant was issued by the prosecutor Adnan Xholi, while the verification of the security measure will take place on Tuesday at 10.00.

Meanwhile, the Special Prosecutor's Office has revealed the full charges against Jurgi Çyrbje, Altin Hajri and Ahmet Masha.

Çyrbja and Masha have discovered acts which the law defines as state secrets in more than 7 cases. This information was then given through the Sky ECC application to persons wanted by the Police. It is also suspected that Çyrbja, after being informed about police operations and checks in Durrës, took information to the wanted persons.

What is "Personnel Insurance Certificate"?

CSP, is the official document of the Directorate of Security of Classified Information or of a competent security authority of another country which certifies from a security point of view that an individual meets the conditions defined for the recognition, storage, administration and transfer of information of classified.

Without this document, no person, even if he is a member of parliament, is allowed to participate in the meetings of the Commission, which sometimes discusses very important issues for the country behind closed doors.

Çyrbja has sold such a secret and for this offense, according to the Criminal Code of Albania, he risks a fine or imprisonment for up to 10 years.

Of the three accusations of SPAK, this is the most serious.
