"SKY ECC" discovered the connection with Jurgis Çyrbjen, who is

Altin Hajri is the third person to be declared wanted for the file of former socialist Çyrbja.

The brothers of the Hajri family in Shijak are not unknown names for justice.

And not only in Albania, but mainly the illegal activity was also carried out in Italy, started more than a decade ago.

They were first tracked, tapped and investigated in a case involving drug trafficking using the fuel trading company. The file was published in October 2015. The suspects were the brothers Altin and Emiljano Hajri. At the same time, owners of the luxury complex "Golden", in Shijak.

Altin Hajri was wanted at that time as the head of the criminal organization of 21 Albanians involved in drug trafficking. Hajri was the owner of "Alt Oil 2008" based in the village of Xhafzotaj, a company established in 1998.

An asset that at that time was estimated at 10 million euros and was investigated by the Serious Crimes Prosecution, on behalf of both brothers.

A few days later, the Italian media and the Albanian authorities also publish the coded file "Enigma", taken from the secret communication code of the Nazis during the Second World War, through which they communicated. It took the Italian Anti-Mafia authorities several years to trace and unravel it, until they learned the content of the messages that the two brothers, heads of the organization, conveyed through their 'ambassador', Fortuz Hajri, arrested at the time in Italy.

According to investigations, the messages were given encoded on pieces of paper or in words and forwarded to members. The structure was such that each cell did not know the other cell and had separate roles. Only one person forwarded the coded messages and the recipient knew how to decipher them. This was done for security reasons and so that they would not be dictated or caught with evidence. Typical of a mafia organization.

And a few years after the investigations were completed and even a part was extinguished, Altin Hajri seemed to move freely in Albania. Until his name reappears on the stage in January 2020.

The owner of the "Golden" complex is considered one of the organizers of the kidnapping of Jan Prenga on January 17, 2020 in Kamëz and is sent by the criminal group to the complex, where he is tortured and seems to remain in the hands of the kidnappers.

According to the investigations, the cause was a cocaine load of 260 kg, stolen in the port of Portsmouth by Jan Prenga's brother and a friend of his in England, but which belonged to an Albanian-speaking cartel. From the investigations and testimonies so far, the people who have been introduced as the owners of the cocaine are suspected to be Gramoz Rexhepi, then from prison in Ecuador, convicted of drug trafficking, and Gentian Funiqi (Doçi), wanted. Gramoz Rexhepi, also known as Dritan, with numerous precedents and arrested last year in Turkey, has requested the return of the goods. Although the drugs and money were returned to London, this was not the case with Jan Prenga.

The Police and the Prosecutor's Office discovered from a camera of the "Golden" complex the actions of the criminal group, as they moved Prenga's lifeless body to eliminate it.

Initially, 6 people were arrested and 8 others were declared wanted. The file was appropriated, Altin Hajri escaped and was declared wanted. Together with Rexhepi and Funiqi. The judicial process at GJKKO continues in absentia for these defendants, while the testimonies are being heard.

Currently, it turns out that Hajri was helped and sheltered by the former deputy of the SP, Jurgis Çyrbja, after he was declared wanted for Prenga. He has hidden it in his properties, mainly apartments. Communications on the encrypted SKY ECC platform seem to have proven the suspicions. Hajri is still wanted and the checks carried out by the Police yesterday have again failed to capture him.
