The company of directors of the municipality of Tirana, "5D", in 2022, after disqualifying 11 other companies with experience and name, grabbed the tender of a project in the former Kinostudio, together with the other company "Bami".
Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha filmed from October 2022 until today the footage of the works that have lasted for almost two years, even though the sign showed that the duration of the works was 12 calendar months.
Hoxha, commenting on these images in the "Te Paespozuarit" show, said that the "5D" company cut down the centuries-old olive trees, demolished the buildings of the former Kinostudio and buried inerts and soil there, not even taking them to Sawrë.

The table of works stated that the investor is the municipality of Tirana and the implementer is "5D". The fund is 4.2 million euros for a maximum of 300 meters of road. They will make the road, a flower garden. It costs 12 million euros per kilometer. There are about 20 heavy trucks there and they probably want to finish it because there was a lot of noise" , said Hoxha.
