While it is expected that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will appear in SPAK and be questioned in connection with the privatization of the former Partizani complex, opposition MPs and his supporters have gathered in front of the Special Prosecutor's Office in support of him.
It is known that among the deputies who are participating are Flamur Noka, Edmond Spaho, Luciano Boçi, Gent Strazimiri, Eno Bozdo, Tritan Shehu, Luan Baçi, Ivi Kaso and other democratic supporters.
This is the first time that Berisha has responded to SPAK's call to be interrogated, while in all other cases he has not been presented with the argument that the procedure followed against him was contrary to the Constitution.

According to the court decision, Berisha is ordered not to leave his apartment and not to communicate with other people, except those "who live together in the same apartment with him".
Berisha is under investigation for the criminal offense of corruption together with his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, who is accused by SPAK of having received income worth 5.4 million euros from a construction business in an irregular manner thanks to the government's decisions taken by his father-in-law.
