In an interview for the "Breaking" show, journalist Anila Hoxha shared details from the investigation of the 42-year-old accused of "trafficking minors and pornography". According to the journalist, the minor started contacting the doctor when her grandmother was being treated in the hospital.
"The 16-year-old was in the hospital with her grandmother. The girl was the contact person during her grandmother's treatment when she was 14 years old. The parents say that the girl started to change her behavior, to leave the apartment and to be indoctrinated by the doctor".
Evidence was found from the minor's cell phone that Has has committed pornography, said Anila Hoxha.
"The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, after hearing the facts, sent the suspected doctor to prison. The lawyer and the doctor himself have declared their innocence. It was the minor's parents who noticed the changes in the girl. The doctor refused to give the mobile phone. The phone has been sent for immediate review. So far, the 16-year-old's cell phone has been examined, where the suspicions of pornography begin, after the doctor shared the intimate videos. The criminal offense has been reclassified for pornography. The girl is suspected to have been filmed by the doctor and subjected to pornography."
In the meantime, the testimonies of the other cohabitants, who so far refuse to speak, have been requested.
