The family of the Chief Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, Besnik Dervishi, is a typical case of nepotism and the capture of "milking" the executive and judicial branches, with high positions and tenders and bargaining by exploiting their duties.
The dirty work loyalist, 26 years in the seats of power
Since July, Besnik Dervishi has been the Chief Commissioner of Personal Data, where he will remain until July 2029, while the Supreme Audit Office has ascertained the theft of funds through tenders and salary increases of 200-400 thousand lek per month for himself and his subordinates, as if they had scientific degrees.
His entry into the government began in March 1999, with the position of Legal Director of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, where he remained until September 2000, implicated in many affairs.
From September 2000 to March 2002, the party loyalist was Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications and a member of the Administration Training Board.
From April 2002 to July 2002, he was Deputy Minister of Economy, while until December 2003, he was Minister of Territory and Tourism; a period when he made a mess of the lands on the Ksamil-Velipoja coast and lands in Tirana, abuses which he continued during the period January 2004–January 2005 when he was Prefect of Tirana and then Fatos Nano's advisor on properties.
For his services in the theft of state and private property as a minister and prefect, in 2005 he became a member of parliament for the Socialist Party until September 2009; then he became a law professor at a private university ("Justiniani I"), retiring and enjoying the stolen wealth and millions.
In October 2013, Edi Rama appointed him Prefect in Vlora, where he continued his tricks with the Vlora-Ksamil lands, issuing false titles for state and private lands, as ascertained by the Supreme Audit Office and Anti-Crime.
He remained in this position until April 2014, when he "sewn up" many land files; and Edi Rama immediately made him Chief Commissioner for Personal Data, where he has continued in this position for 11 years, while since 2016 he has also been an expert in training students at the School of Magistrates.
Woman, Diana Dervishi: after 18 years of bargaining at Competition, advisor at ILD
The case of Diana Dervishi proves that senior state officials who should have been in prison, or at least outside the public administration, are appointed to the high institutions of the new justice system.
During the 18 years from 2005 to 2023, the famous Diana was the Secretary General of the Competition Authority, whose dossier, compiled by SHISH and Anti-crime, includes deals with monopolists and concessionaires of energy, coal, banks, food, medicine, pesticides, and capital transfers of offshore companies.
In July 2023, after filling her pockets with millions, the party's Diana was appointed Advisor to the High Inspectorate of Justice, an institution that receives and investigates officials of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court, the SPAK, the Special Court, the Supreme Court, the General Prosecutor's Office, and judges and prosecutors.

The son, Daniel Dervishi, is employed at the private company "TOK Digital Agency Sh.pk", to which his father Besnik Dervishi has so far given 82 million lek in tenders; but the son states that his parents have donated 80 thousand euros in cash and a 189.92 m² villa, also worth 80 thousand euros.
The daughter, Persi Dervishi, is employed by the Civil Service Supervision Commissioner, where according to the declaration in the ILDKPI, she has a monthly salary of 7.8 million lekë; while this institution has given millions of lekë to the company where her brother works.
The nephew, Andi Mazi, is employed as an analysis and coordination specialist in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while Besnik Dervishi has awarded him millions of lek in tenders through the company "Legal Cert Sh.pk", where he is a partner./ Pamleti

Verifikimi i pasurive per te gjithe zyrtaret e ish zyrtaret pa dallim partish politike eshte domosdoshmeri per te arritur barazine para ligjit dhe vendosjen ne start te barabarte. Sepse ka ndodhur qe per tre dekada pjesa dermuese e shqiptareve ka mbetur trok e cop pa e merituar kurse pushtat shtetar me gjithe sejmenet e tyre kane mbush thaset me paret e taksapagusve te ngrate. Ky kokecekiçi Dervishi me te tijte eshte me i fundit i denoncuar por sa ka te tjere qe vazhdojne te grabisin e vjedhin pa iu dridhur qerpiku. Sado te perfshihet SPAK nuk mund tja dale, nuk mund ta perballoj i vetem baterdine. Duhet nje strukture e vecante qe te meret veç me hajnine e zyrtareve pasurite e pajustifikume te te cileve duhet te konfiskohen pa asnje dridhje qerpiku.
Po te vjen momenti Besnik me ne fund. Vjedhjet masive po te vine te te zene frymemarrjen. Po fillon te mekesh ngadale. Gjaku i njerezve te mire do te te mbyse. Ke bere shume gjynahe Beskar. Une jam rruges per te ti. Do vi pandehur atehere kur ti ndihesh me i sigurte, me i paprekshem. Nuk ke ku te fshiihesh. Toka do te te kthehet ne hi poshte kembeve, trupi do te te rendohet e gjunjet nuk do te te mbajne dot kur te me shohesh mua si hije qe te afrohem perballe, perballe Baskar se une nuk jam burracak si ty qe u mer pronat, gjakun njerezve te pafuqishem pas shpine, atyre njerezve qe nuk mund te mbrohen nga padrejtesite a plehrave si ty. Por ti mos ki merak, ti nuk do e areish te gezosh gjakun e te pafajshmeve. Shihemi shume shpejt.
Sa të jetë Pallë Gjati në pushtet veç kësisoj vjedhjesh do dëgjoni. Duhen shkulur nga rrënjet këta monstra por populli është lodhur, më të shumtit në atë botë dhe nëpër botë, këta qelbësirat e Palloshit po e vrasin Shqipërinë.
