Journalist Etleva Delia has shown details from today's session against Berisha, where the two lawyers of the former prime minister left the session after two hours, as according to them, the request for the dismissal of the judge, Irena Gjoka, was not accepted.
According to the journalist, this was a failed attempt by the lawyers to drag out the case, so that five days would pass and the measure against Berisha would be repealed.
She adds that the request from the lawyers for the dismissal of the judge was made orally and not in writing and in an official manner.
" Because they did it orally and not in writing. Such a formal request must be made in writing. There was a failed attempt to extend this phase, that if it went up to 5 days, the security measure was abolished.
In order to avoid all this, what the lawyers claimed had to be done, the constitution had to be implemented and the Parliament should be notified ", said Delia in "ABC News".
Regarding the file and what it contains, Delia said that everything started in 2005, when Berisha came to power.
As from the moment Berisha came to power, the plan for the privatization of the "Partizani" complex began to be implemented, even though the former owner families were expropriated and compensated during fascist Italy and this could not happen again.
The journalist adds that every obstacle that came before her was overcome by by-laws, VKM and laws.
" In fact, without dealing at all with what Berisha claims, I am based only on what is said in the file.
SPAK states that when the Berisha government came to power in 2005, the plan for the privatization of the "Partizani" sports complex began to be implemented. Until that moment, the former owner families had been expropriated and compensated.
According to SPAK, the moment Berisha came to power, the first demands and the return of properties as former owners, 5 families, one of them Jamarbër Malltez's, began.
This is where everything starts when, with Berisha's firm, it is decided that an area within the complex from a sports area will be turned into a residential area.
Then this area was under the Ministry of Defense and here comes the next violation. Government meetings are held, VKM are held to fix these obstacles, by-laws are made and laws are changed ", adds the journalist.
