Journalist Klodiana Lala has revealed details about the conflict between businessman Idajet Ismailaj and his partner, Sokol Agalliu, who is also his nephew. The incident, described as serious, ended with Agalliu in the hospital, while both parties have filed police reports against each other.
Lala stated that the conflict is related to financial and property disputes within the companies they own together.
According to her, Sokol Agalliu, who owns 14.5% of the shares, claims that there was a loss or theft of about 500 million old lek in the company. He has also filed charges of abuse of an area of 750 square meters in "Manastiri Resort".
"These people have very important businesses like Arena Centre, Manastiri Resort, Finaman and others. The conflict has been going on for about 10 days," Lala said on the show "The Unexposed."
According to the journalist, the physical clash occurred in the office premises, while Agalliu ended up in the hospital for medical assistance and gave testimony before a judicial police officer.
Agalliu accuses Idajet Ismailaj and his son of violence, as well as theft of the alleged amount and property, while on the other hand, businessman Ismailaj has also filed a police report regarding the conflict.
Lala said that the investigations are still in the preliminary phase and the essence of the clash between the parties remains to be clarified. She also added that the security cameras and servers have been removed, which may complicate the full investigation of the incident.
"For people who circulate money and are alleged to maintain the country's economy to end up at this point is serious, more serious than the beating itself," the journalist said.

Klodiana Lala: I became aware of the news when Sokol Agalliu, 14.5% shareholder, as Idajet Ismailaj is his uncle, have very important businesses. These have Arena Centre, Manastirti Resort, Finaman and others. There was a conflict 10 days ago, as Sokol Agalliu claims loss or theft of 500 million old lek in the company. He also claims that there was abuse of 750 m2 at Manastirti Resort. This is the debate that arose 10 days ago. I was informed today by hospital sources after Agalliu had gone to the hospital for medical assistance. He was in poor health. At these moments, a statement was taken from a judicial police officer. The collision occurred in the office premises. Sokol Agalliu received assistance at the hospital. The police station was notified, but both parties are reporting each other. Sokol Agalliu accuses Idajet Ismailaj and his son of violence, theft of money and land, meanwhile Ismailaj has gone to the police station and has also filed a report. Both parties have filed a report against each other. Mr. Ismailaj has gone this afternoon and has claimed about the conflicts they have. What it is, the essence remains to be clarified. People who circulate money, it is claimed that they maintain the country's economy, to end up at this point, is serious, more serious than the beating. The cameras have been removed and the servers.
