On March 29, 2024, he announced an auction to rent 2500-3000 m2 of offices for the administration of the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, with the condition that they are within the small ring of Tirana and as close as possible to the building of this ministry. to the "Martyrs of February 4" street.
According to the condition of the location, it is implied that the minister Blendi Gonxhe has done the shopping in advance, with the bosses of one of the towers that are being completed in that area, while the announcement of the auction has been made formally, enough to say that there is a bidding competition according to the law.
But the law was violated, because the auction notice was published on the official website of the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, when according to the procurement law, it should have been published twice within 15 days in the Tender Bulletin, because the rent is a state expense

Another suspicion of corruption in this auction is the fact that the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation has ample office space in 3 ministerial buildings: the building on "Dëshmorët e 4 Shkurtit" street where it is located; at the Ministry of Culture in Kinostudio and at the Ministry of Economy-Finance in the center of Tirana.
Even the subordinates of Minister Blendi Gonxhe do not know in which tower and with what financial value 3000 m2 of offices were rented; even to the finance office, 40 days after the auction, the documents of the winner's file have not yet been delivered.
