Alongside the United States of America and the EU, Great Britain has lined up as an important supporter and funder of justice reform.

Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu has learned other details of the purpose of Lord Cameron's short visit to Tirana where a meeting was planned with the head of SPAK Altin Dumani and the heads of the new justice institutions.

As the British side will help the Directorate of Criminal Police with a logistical base and expertise in the fight against organized crime and the intensification of investigations of those who organize from Albania the sending of emigrants to the Albanian El-Dorado in England.

In view of this aid package for Albanian justice and police, Top Channel learns that next Tuesday, Lord Justice Dingemans-President of the English Supreme Court will arrive in Tirana to reveal the help of the "British Office of Justice".

Another important aspect of cooperation between Albania and Great Britain is SPAK.

After the signing of the memorandum of cooperation, SPAK is expected to receive from the National Crime Agency "British National Crime Agency" the list of all those investigated by this agency and then convicted, with the aim of investigations in Albania to identify the assets for the purpose of confiscation with criminal background. / TCH
