The uncle of the prosecutor Xhevat Hana raises strong suspicions: He was

After Selami Hana, the brother of the deceased prosecutor of Serious Crimes, who requested a few days ago to clarify the case of his brother's death, Xhevat Hana's uncle has also reacted. Mr. Ahmet Çollaku tells "SOT" newspaper that his grandson did not die of natural causes. According to him, Xhevat Hana has been poisoned. His doubts are that his elimination may have happened because of the large files he had in his hands, where the most burning one was that of Remzi Hoxha.

The strong suspicions raised by Xhevat Hana's uncle

"On January 5, 2011, my nephew Xhevat Hana, Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, passed away. It was a forced death, a poisoning. It was Book Fair month when we met and had coffee nearby; it was buchko. If you will read the Albanian press, there from 2011 onwards, you will understand the great drama of the Hana family, the death of my grandson, the prince of Rrajca, the one who was not afraid. Like the heroes of fairy tales. Now, my grandson will never go down to Maja to Hunda, where the bust of our National Hero, Skanderbeg, is, where the highway ran almost in a circle, where it looked like you were on an ancient podium watching a match gladiators.

So, from there, like at the bottom of a glass of wine, my grandson, Xhevat Hana, would contemplate this fascinating landscape with sublime desire. He would walk three hours to Skenderbe. Xhevat's house there in Skenderbe is not visible from Maja e Hunda, it can be seen with the help of a reflecting mirror high in the sky. Once, years ago, we made the road to Skenderbe together: me, Xhevati and Gurija, his mother, the maid of the great uncle. We went from Polica, a street full of childhood memories. - I have a lot of work, - Xhevati said somewhere. - Don't tease me too much, - returned Gurija, his mother, wrapping her hair with a scarf... Then my nephew was fighting for a great ideal, for national justice. And he was not afraid, he was brave, he looked for the roots of crime, the rulers who wreaked havoc. - Be careful, - I ordered him, but he didn't listen to me.

Xhevati was born in the village of Skënderbe, in a house built of limestone, which fell from the mountainside above. Stones that were carved by the ustalars of the village, generations of those who built Istanbul. This prosecutor faced big wolves. Ah, it seems to me that I took my nephew by the neck; I was the reason that he attended the law school, in this country where justice is sought with a candle and foreigners throw water at him... My nephew was poisoned, just as many strategists have been poisoned. You want to cry when you look at his house in Skënderbe. Now it looks like a car park where a bomb went off. Albanian metamorphosis... My nephew was poisoned because he was copying some big files, like that of Remzi Hoxha, the National Road and others. The one who made this mess climbs out the window, then goes down and climbs the stairs without being hidden by any nettles.

It is he who discredits an entire nation, the sinner. As for Rama... God knows to whom he preaches. There in Skenderbe, Xhevat Hana's house collapsed. Now it looks like walls, like the ribs of a mysterious man, or a prehistoric fossil. This is how fate has gone to Rrajca: once Serbia burned him three times, socialism tore him to pieces, democracy created the law 7501... Eh, what can meanness, cunning, betrayal do. Here is what a citizen wrote under an article: "Dear, people like Xhevati are so big and high, that the politicians or governors of our country are not even worth talking to. Xhevati will be remembered by the Albanian people as the prosecutor who accused and won over the government." What time are we living? However, the bust of my grandson is missing in Rrajca!", he said to the newspaper "SOT".

Who was Xhevat Hana and what did she discover about Remzi Hoxha?

Xhevat Hana was one of Albania's best-known prosecutors, with a long career in law, for some time as an advisor to President Alfred Moisiu. Xhevat Hana was born on March 28, 1953. He started his career in the investigative bodies in Mat, then worked in Saranda, in the Tirana District Prosecutor's Office, and then in the General Prosecutor's Office. Hana is also the prosecutor of the case of the kidnapping, torture and disappearance without a trace of Remzi Hoxha, a case that directly implicated the Secret Service of the 90s, led by Bashkim Gazidede.

He was the only one who took to court the SHIK people of Gazidede, namely Arben Sefgjin, Ilir Kumbaron and Avni Koldashin, who allegedly disappeared the Albanian-Macedonian businessman Remzi Hoxha, who had filmed the tripartite meeting of former president Sali Berisha with his counterparts his at that time Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia and Kiro Gligorov of Macedonia in Saint Naum. During 2011, he was hospitalized for a long time in a public hospital in Tirana, but his family members were forced to transport him to Italy due to the deterioration of his health, where he passed away on January 5, 2012. /TODAY
